I can think of one helpful and very safe sky broadcast. Glacial motain rock dust ground into the smallest equitable size possible.
In the correct scale it would fertilize all soils from western forest to depleted southern cotton matrix. Also, adding alkalinity to the oceans. Most importantly, if done at the right altitude, cutting the amount of energy from direct sunlight.
No it’s not exactly perfect to inhale, but neither is Binfentanyl forever latest fossil fuel derivative toxin, either…..

I'm old enough that I can remember all the curiosity, excitement, hope and hyperbole when "cloud seeding" was starting -- or at least was happening -- in the 1950s. I seem to remember some "rainmaker" coming to my hometown of Shenandoah, Iowa, and being featured in local media. I can't remember any results, though. This current idea that liberals are guiding hurricanes at red states is especially outrageous -- and ridiculous. Thanks for this round-up of the checkered history of "geoengineering."
