Can you verify human choices in Iowa that will mitigate rising temperatures and more rainstorms causing flooding? Reducing greenhouse gas emissions? Replacing natural gas burning furnaces and water heaters with heat pump equipment powered by wind and solar generated electricity? Replacing gasoline (and ethanol) powered vehicles with electric battery powered vehicles?
We need to have solutions to the problem of climate change. If we point at humanity as sole cause then malevolent actors have solutions for such an issue.
If CO2 is the issue a good way to solve this issue is to eliminate all things that create C02. Cars, Power plants, people.
What is the right amount of CO2 to prevent climate change while also greening the planet?
We must have solutions..New nuclear energy IS one of the ways to prevent CO2. New battery (energy storage) tech is essential.
We certainly don't want to turn 1st word countries into 3rd world ones or do we?
This is what is so frustrating about this issue...
No solutions...But I no there are solutions and there should be hope and optimism with it.
